Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI's) are passed from one person to another during sexual contact or exposure to infected bodily fluids.
Some STI's are curable, while others are not.
Many are symptomless, but can cause severe damage if left untreated.
The Midland County Department of Public Health Offers:
- Testing and treatment for most common STI's
- Walk-in testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea available Monday-Friday 8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm
- Additional STI testing available by appointment
- Partner notification, treatment, and referral services
- Services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on income, and may be free of charge
- All services are confidential

If you do not have insurance, we offer many services on a sliding fee scale based on income.
Individuals seeking services will never be denied services based on inability to pay.
