Accessibility

The goal of Midland County Parks and Recreation is to make the outdoors accessible to all. We purposely plan to do this by removing barriers that might inhibit individuals ability to have a worthwhile experience on our public lands.

Did you know that when Midland County Parks applies for Michigan Department of Natural Resources funding to build a new project (by law) the site needs to be accessible and grant equal opportunity and usage to all abilities? We believe that access should not limit the opportunities that public land can provide.
