The mission of the Midland County Land Bank Authority is to strengthen communities by strategically acquiring, managing, and returning tax-foreclosed, vacant, and underutilized properties to productive use. Through collaboration with local governments, community partners, and stakeholders, the Land Bank works to eliminate blight, expand access to attainable housing, support economic development, and enhance property values, ultimately improving the quality of life for Midland County residents.
