Probate Court 42nd Circuit Court Family Division

The Probate Court administers the filing and safe keeping of wills, probating of decedent estates, trusts, appointment and supervision of guardians and conservators over minors, adults, and developmentally disabled individuals, and processing mental health matters.

Probate Court

Midland County Probate Court is a Court of statutory jurisdiction, primarily concerned with the protection of incapacitated or mentally ill individuals and their assets, and the proper transfer of assets at death.

Juvenile Court

The Juvenile Court plays an important role in holding juveniles accountable for their criminal acts as well as protecting children from abuse and neglect.
