Wedding Ceremonies

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic the 75th District Court is not currently conducting weddings.


Wedding Ceremonies are performed at the Courthouse, on Fridays, between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm by appointment only.

Please contact (989) 832-6714 to schedule an appointment.

Both parties must speak and understand English. If one or both parties do not, a certified foreign language interpreter (with proper documentation) must accompany the parties. Interpreters are not provided by the court.

No special requests/accommodations will be made regarding the ceremony.

No decorations or props may be brought in with the exception of a bouquet and/or rings.

On the date of the wedding you will need to bring:

$10 cash, 2 witnesses over the age of 18, and the entire package that you receive from the County Clerk.

Please note: The Court does NOT provide witnesses.
