Passports
The Circuit Court Clerk’s Office is available to handle passport applications from 8am - 4pm.
Passports for Adults: $130.00 (payable to the U.S. Department of State)
Passports for Children under 16: $100.00 (payable to the U.S. Department of State)
Passport card for Adults: $30.00 (payable to the U.S. Department of State)
Passport card for Children under 16: $15.00 (payable to the U.S. Department of State)
There will be a $35.00 fee (payable to Midland County Clerk) for processing the applications, (this is for first time applications or applications for children under 16, or who were under 16 when their current passport was issued). You will need to bring your certified birth certificate, driver’s license and a check book at the time of application. You will also need a passport photo (the office will take the photo for $15.00). Credit Card payments will not be processed after 4:30pm.
If you qualify for a Passport Renewal, the Circuit Court Clerk's Office can provide you with a form and can take a photo. This Office cannot process Passport Renewals.
If the passport or passport card is for a minor child, both parents and the child must be present at the time of application.
